What types of digital event templates do you offer?
Celebrate life’s special moments with our collection of digital templates, including invitations, tags, banners, and more—designed for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, and beyond.
How do I access my purchased templates?
Once you complete your purchase, you'll receive a PDF with a Canva link to access your templates. Simply click on the link, and you'll be directed to Canva where you can customize and download your templates.
I want to make a few changes to the design, will you do that?
Absolutely! I’m happy to accommodate most changes—just send me a message on Etsy first so I can confirm what’s possible.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with the template?
Since digital products can’t be returned or undone, we’re unable to offer refunds after purchase. We recommend double-checking the description, features, and compatibility before buying.
Can I use these templates for commercial purposes?
Our event templates are intended for personal use. If you wish to use them for commercial purposes or resell them, please contact us.
What file formats are included with the templates?
Our digital event templates are provided as Canva links, allowing you to edit and download your files in various formats, including PDF, JPEG, and PNG, depending on your needs.
How can I ensure the quality of my printed templates?
For best results, ensure that you download your finalized templates in high-resolution PDF format and use a quality printer or printing service. Check the print settings to match your desired output.
Which file type should I choose?
The file type choice is solely dependent upon where you plan to have the file printed at. For instance Walgreens requires a JPG where as Staples requires a PDF. If you are not sure just simply put that you would like both in your notes when you checkout.
