Ciò che è iniziato come una tranquilla curiosità nella camera da letto sul retro della mia casa in Scozia si è evoluto in una missione volta a cambiare il modo in cui creiamo, consumiamo e ci prendiamo cura gli uni degli altri.
Ho iniziato a stampare in 3D per hobby, ma osservando gli strati formarsi, ho capito che non stavo solo creando oggetti: stavo trovando un modo migliore per risolvere i problemi. In un mondo spesso guidato dalla produzione di massa e dall'eccesso di rifiuti, ho visto l'opportunità di fare le cose in modo diverso. Ho capito che attraverso la stampa 3D potevo dare vita a una visione creativa in modo ecologico, utilizzando solo l'energia e i materiali necessari. Niente magazzini pieni di plastica indesiderata, solo soluzioni precise create su richiesta.
Il cuore del mio negozio, tuttavia, è radicato nella famiglia. La mia transizione da hobbista a professionista è avvenuta quando ho iniziato a progettare stampe per aiutare i miei familiari a superare gli ostacoli quotidiani. Vedere come un pezzo personalizzato, progettato con cura, potesse alleviare le difficoltà di una persona cara o migliorarne la qualità della vita è stato un punto di svolta. Mi ha fatto capire che se la mia famiglia aveva affrontato questi problemi, sicuramente anche altri li avevano affrontati, e io avevo gli strumenti per aiutarli.
In ogni articolo che stampo, porto con me una consolidata esperienza tecnica nel settore medico. Nella mia precedente carriera, precisione e affidabilità non erano solo obiettivi, ma requisiti. Ho applicato lo stesso rigoroso standard alla mia attività di stampa 3D. Che si tratti di uno strumento funzionale o di un design personalizzato, credo nella "fiducia in ogni strato, precisione in ogni componente".
