My soft picture , unique pieces produced in Italy, are born from my constant stylistic research and from the desire to unite worlds, pictorial and cultural, proposing painting on fabric in a contemporary key and with it I create small poetically colored corners of the house.
Traveling and painting, exploring places and cultures, are my passions transformed into my job, while art and restoration have always been my school.
By painting I continue to travel while remaining in my laboratory, how the painter paints his canvas. The memory of streets and paths, the halls of the villas that I frescoed, peeling and stained by history, I fix them on the fabric, while the eyes observe the imperfections of everyday life, which I spend with my children. In my action, there are instinct, experience and passion.
I only select organic fabrics, fresh and with a lived and rustic flavor, whith small and natural imperfections. The fabrics are carefully packaged and finished with Italian master craftsmanship.
On ready-made clothes I spread brush strokes with soft colors and indefinite shapes, so each piece becomes absolutely unique, destined for a relaxed life, immersed in a naturally slow, silent, intimate and full of feeling world, but to be lived and savored here and now, therefore attentive to the needs of contemporary life and reduced environmental impact, because it avoids waste, water, material and color.
My soft furnishing accessories are paintings, evocative works, to be placed, admired, mixed and cuddled, even on the ground, for informal moments and to create improvised corners of relaxed conviviality. They have colors expertly mixed, indefinite, stained and imperfect for poetic combinations but they are also capable of attracting attention in a strong and decisive way.
Within a neutral colored environment they become that particular chromatic note, and catalyzing attention without distorting its harmony. They come close to raw or lived-in materials, where their natural characteristic is left free to express themselves and where the external nature can dialogue in a sublime way with the internal one, small corners where man and nature meet.
