My fourth brush from Davide who as an artist keeps outdoing himself. All four brushes are part of a collection and as such never intended to be lathered but the knot feels soft to the hand with plenty of density and backbone. Davide's customer service is also second to none, very communicative and very responsive. If you don't have one of his brushes in your collection, do yourself a favor and get one.
