Do I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?
Most customers do not pay any extra fees.
Etsy automatically collects and remits taxes for many countries, including:

EU VAT

Australia GST

New Zealand GST

Norway VAT

UK VAT (for UK buyers)

This means your order arrives without surprise charges.

For the USA:
Orders under $800 are duty‑free, so you will not be charged customs fees.

Do you ship to the USA?
Yes — all cards are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail International Standard or International Tracked.
Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days.

Royal Mail’s new DDP service is not yet supported by Etsy, so your order will be sent using the standard method with no unexpected fees.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — I ship to most countries using Royal Mail International services.
Delivery times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 7–14 business days.

How long is your processing time?
All cards are handmade to order.
Processing time is 1–2 business days before dispatch.

Can I personalise my card?
Absolutely.
Most cards can be personalised with:

A name

A date

A short message

Colour or foil choices (where available)

Just add your details in the personalisation box at checkout.
If you forget, you can message me straight after ordering.

Can you send the card directly to the recipient?
Yes — I can write your message inside the card and post it straight to the recipient.
Just leave your message in the personalisation box and make sure their address is correct at checkout.

What size are your cards?
Most cards are A5 or A6, depending on the design.
Each listing includes exact dimensions.

How are the cards packaged?
Cards are packaged in:

A protective cello sleeve

A rigid board‑backed envelope

A waterproof outer layer for international orders

This keeps your card safe and flat during travel.

Do you accept returns or cancellations?
For personalised items, I can’t accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If there’s ever an issue, please message me — I always make things right.

My order hasn’t arrived yet — what should I do?
International orders can occasionally be delayed by customs or local postal services.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, send me a message and I’ll help track it down.
