I ordered a mini loop for my 2nd wedding anniversary and throughout the process Sally has been incredible - so up for embroidering something a little different and always responsive and enthusiastic. The end result is stunning, and I can’t wait to put it up on display!

I ordered a custom embroidery to go in my son’s nursery, I had asked for specific details to be included to make it really personal and all the little details are so cute and look brilliant. I’m really pleased and can’t wait to get it framed. Communication was great too and I saw sketches and updates throughout the process.
