¡Hola! Soy Sümeyra, la fundadora y artesana principal de LiveEdgeOfTallTR.
Mi pasión por la madera no comenzó en una fábrica; empezó en los bosques brumosos de Turquía, donde me enamoré de la belleza pura e intacta de la naturaleza. Para mí, cada árbol tiene una historia escrita en sus anillos, y cada borde natural es una huella de la tierra misma.
En mi taller, no solo fabrico muebles; intento preservar la esencia de la naturaleza. Cuando encuentro una pieza única de nogal o roble, dedico horas a estudiar su veta y textura. Mi objetivo es transformar estas piezas en bruto en arte funcional —como las mesas de centro que ven en mi tienda—, manteniendo viva su esencia orgánica.
Cada pieza de LiveEdgeOfTallTR está hecha a mano por mí, aquí mismo en Turquía. Creo que un hogar debe transmitir calidez, serenidad y autenticidad. Por eso, pongo todo mi empeño en cada lijado y en cada capa de aceite natural, asegurándome de que cuando una pieza llegue a tu sala de estar, traiga consigo la serenidad del bosque.

My journey with wood didn't start in a factory; it started in the misty forests of Turkey, where I fell in love with the raw, untouched beauty of nature. To me, every tree has a story written in its rings, and every 'Live Edge' is a signature of the earth itself.
In my workshop, I don’t just make furniture; I try to preserve a piece of nature’s soul. When I find a unique slab of walnut or oak, I spend hours studying its grain and texture. My goal is to transform these raw pieces into functional art—like the coffee tables you see in my shop—while keeping their organic spirit alive.
Every piece at LiveEdgeOfTallTR is handcrafted by me, right here in Turkey. I believe that a home should feel warm, grounded, and authentic. That’s why I pour my heart into every sanding stroke and every coat of natural oil, ensuring that when a piece reaches your living room, it brings the serenity of the forest with it.
