星 5 個のうち 5 個Herausragende Lampe, tolle Qualität. Allein durch die Größe ist diese Lampe ein echter Hingucker, habe bisher nichts vergleichbares gesehen. Tolle Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer, sehr schneller Versand. Kann diesen Shop nur weiterempfehlen.

星 5 個のうち 1 個Der Artikel entsprach in keinem Fall den angepriesenen Qualitäten des Versenders. Der Artikel ist beim Versand erheblich beschädigt worden. Die äußeren abstehenden Teile waren ungegeschütz. Dadurch wurde das Zuleitungskabel durchtrennt. Die Montageplatte ist aus billigstem Holz. Die Absplitterungen waren bestimmt schon vorher vorhanden. Diese Qualität kann für diesen Preis nicht toleriert werden. Dazu die unerwartet hohen Zollgebühren. "Alle Stücke dieses Saxophonisten-Dekors wurden von uns bearbeitet und geprüft." Das ist glatt gelogen. Für einen weltweiten Transport gelten Verpackungsrichtlinien die einzuhalten sind. Zusammenfassend: die Qualität des Objektes und die Verpackung sind nicht tragbar. Meine Bewertung: Minus fünf!! Nie wieder werde ich eine Bestellung über Etsy bei diesem Versender machen.

Hello dear customer, First of all, I should mention that you should have attached a damage holder to our products that were damaged during the shipping phase, because all of our products reach you under insurance in the cargo, they could give you a full refund in case of damage. Your customs taxes are related to the tax policy of the country you are in, we are not the complaining authority. Finally, although we offered to give you a refund of this product, you did not accept the refund and gave a bad review and low star here. In my opinion, this behavior appears to be an operation performed by our competitors, not by the customer, to our store.
