LOVE this!! I had it mounted and it's now hanging in my home office. What a gorgeous reminder of the energy of Lakshmi. Thank you!

The Divine is Everywhere

“In the Shakta Tantra tradition of India and Nepal, the divine is everywhere.  The energies of the multitudes of Goddesses and Gods are believed to be in everything and everyone. From this perspective every action, thought, and word is truly a ritual and a prayer.”
- Laura Amazzone

I used to look at the Divine as separate from me.  It was through yoga, and specifically through Laura’s teachings, that I started to understand that the Divine is everywhere and that I can access it in me with simple rituals.  Now I see the Divine in everything and everywhere and that’s how the name Lola & Lalita came to be.  At first I thought that Lola represented the ordinary and Lalita represented the Divine and together they represented a bridge between the sacred and the profane. But then I started noticing Lola’s name in various mantra practices Laura had given me and was reminded that the Divine is everywhere…

Laura is a yogini and priestess and I am a communications designer, so Lola represents me, and Lalita represents Laura. Although Laura says that sometimes I am Lalita and she is Lola! In this tantric teaching I am reminded we are always both Divine and mundane, and while we may feel a special connection with one particular Goddess, all of the deities are within each of us!

Together we have created products to make the Goddesses and Gods of India and Nepal accessible and relevant to your every day needs.  Ask yourself, who do I need today?  What do I need today? Then find specific prayers and suggestions to bring in what you need into your life.

Lalita is the Goddess of Play, Delight and Joy.  Lola is one of the sacred names of a special creativity Goddess and she is also a yogini! On the Shakta Tantra path we can never separate the sacred from the worldly! We hope that our shop gives you joy and our products inspire you to develop a spiritual practice that helps you remember the divinities within and all around you!
