No merchandise...and no refund! This Seller had less than 20 sales since she opened on Etsy in 2011. This should have been a red flag... I have made over 80 purchases since I joined Etsy in 2011 and a 100% feedback as well. What protection does a Buyer actually have on this site...really NONE. I purchased an item through PayPal and this Seller elected to act totally irresponsibly. If her personal life is affecting her professional life then STOP ACCEPTING FUNDS FROM INDIVIDUALS on Etsy...you and I both know you had ample time to send my purchase from September 26th until you elected to finally respond to my second email...then you elected to mark your "SHOP" as closed and state you were "VACATIONING" due to personal problems. I do not appreciate being at your mercy as to when you shall respond, if you will send a purchase, and if and when you will refund the purchase entirely. The other Sellers sent out my purchases the afternoon or day after a sale was complete. This purchase was less than the cost of a good cup of coffee...HOWEVER that is not the point. You have made me feel uncomfortable with the entire concept of ETSY. And in regard to your email, I have lymphoma and I still manage to maintain my practice, my homelife, my children and behave in a responsible manner...luckily I am in remission once again. I did not appreciate your "TONE" in your email. I also have noted that my funds did not go to you but to a "JAMES SMINKEY"...which is entirely confusing to me. Am I dealing with James or Kimberly. Way too much dishonesty...you only had 4 Feedbacks, and then 2 additional Feedbacks popped up after you claimed you couldn't work any longer. You obviously were shipping purchases after September 26th...at least 2 which I have observed. I do not need ETSY or PAYPAL to assist me; however, I hope that they do prevent you from doing this to someone else in the future...

This shop does very nice custom/personalized work and I would definitely shop here again!

Love, love, love these bird houses. I hung them on my daughter's bedroom wall along with some owl decals and her name hanging from a branch. These tied everything together! Communication with shop owner and quality are great! Highly recommend.

He arrived today!!!!!!!! I LOVE him. I put him inside hanging on a closet door outside the kitchen so i can see him numerous times every day!! Thank you for the speedy shipping. He makes me SMILE!!
