Absolutely! If you have an idea that isn’t featured in our shop, we would be delighted to create it exclusively for you. All of our items can be custom-sized, and we specialize in crafting one-of-a-kind pieces tailored to your needs.

Each piece is protected with an eco-friendly, non-toxic finish that enhances durability while maintaining the wood’s natural beauty.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive regular updates throughout the creation process. We send photos for approval at different stages and provide final pictures before shipping to ensure everything meets your expectations.

With each order shipped, there will be a tracking number included, for which you will receive notification. We are also tracking each order on our end and we will send you updates additionally.

EPOXY RESIN & FINISHES

Our creations are made using non-toxic epoxy resin and VOC-free finishes, ensuring a safe and healthy environment in your home.

METAL ELEMENTS

We seamlessly combine metal and wood, using hand-welded metalwork for strength and durability. You can personalize your design with a wide variety of shapes, styles, and RAL color options.

GLASS & LIGHTING

We incorporate contemporary touches such as glass accents and integrated lighting. Whether it's glass legs or subtle illumination, each detail adds elegance, stability, and modern character.

Production time depends on the complexity of your design, materials, and our current workload. In most cases, the process takes 3–6 weeks from the moment you place your order to the moment it ships. If timelines change, we will update you promptly by email.

Every shipment from Lucent Layers Studio is fully insured. If a product is damaged during transit, we will immediately open a claim with the carrier and arrange a repair or replacement at no cost to you.

Important:
Please inspect the package upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage, take photos, mark the courier documents as “Delivered Damaged”, and notify us right away.
