How can I download my files after purchase?
All items in our shop are digital, so no shipping is needed. After purchasing, you’ll need to manually download your files from the Purchases and Reviews section in your Etsy account.
How Do I Edit My Design in Canva?
1. Open the link in the PDF to access your design.
2. To edit text, simply click and type.
3. Replace photos by dragging and dropping your own images onto the design.
4. Save your design by clicking "Share" > "Download", and choosing the PNG format.
5. Use the PDF link to open the print template.
6. Upload your edited design by clicking the "Uploads" section in Canva.
7. Drag and drop your uploaded design into the print template boxes.
8. Save the file in PDF Print format for the best results.
Do you accept custom orders?

What should I Do If There’s an Issue with My Order?
If something goes wrong, please use the Contact or Message Seller option to reach us. We’re happy to help fix any issues!
What If I Don’t Get a Response Right Away?

Are Refunds Available for Digital Products?

What Can’t I Do With These Designs?
These designs are for personal use only. You can’t share, resell, or distribute them in any way. That means no passing them to others, selling them, or offering them for free online.
Can I Cancel My Digital File Order?
You can cancel your order, but we’re unable to offer refunds for digital products.
What Happens If I Buy the Same Item Twice?
We don’t issue refunds for duplicate purchases, but we’ll provide another product of the same value as a replacement.
