Here you can find the most original designs of Venetian craftsmanship and specializing in authentic Murano glass, handmade jewelry and interior decor . All glass is handmade by selected Muranese artisans and is one-of-a-kind.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
Returns/Exchanges: Handmade glass is unique due to its small variations in design, color or occasional minuscule glass bubbles. These are not defects but instead contribute to its beauty and individual qualities. I try the best to present the most accurate photos of the actual piece, however what our own eyes see can sometimes vary person to person.

In the event you are unhappy with the items for any reason, please contact me to let me know and I will make sure to make it right for you. I accept returns or will exchange any undamaged merchandise that does not meet your expectation within 7 days of you receiving it. Please make a return request with your reason for returning it to receive authorization. Returns are accepted only with my authorization. It must be returned in the original condition it was shipped and be sent with a delivery confirmation or tracking number. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Insurance is recommended.

Shipping damages: All merchandise is quality controlled, packed and shipped to you in perfect condition. Please inspect your merchandise immediately upon delivery to check for any damages during shipment. Damage claims must be made within 48 hours from the date of receiving the package to be authorized.
If possible, please email me a photo with description of damages. Returns are accepted only with my authorization. You will then have 7 working days to make the return. It must be returned in the original condition it was shipped and be sent with a delivery confirmation or tracking number. Insurance is recommended.

Returns that fail to arrive cannot be credited. Upon inspection of the returned goods, you will receive a store credit for an exchange, or refund of the cost of returned items less original shipping charges, via the payment type used for the purchase. Refunds or exchange credit will be made after I receive the item. Please allow 7 days to process the refund. For hygiene reasons, I do not accept returns of earrings.

I reserve the right to cancel shipments and refund any payment made if the item is out of stock.
I accept PayPal, Direct Checkout or Etsy Gift Cards. Direct Checkout is the Etsy method that allows buyers to make purchases from their credit card. I also offer other ways to make payments. Please click on 'Other' when you order and contact me for more information. Once payment is received, your shipment will go out within 1-3 business days.
Each piece of jewelry comes with its own beautiful midnight blue suede pouch with the Mystery of Venice logo. It is accompanied by an authenticity card with a picture of Venice declaring the glass is completely handmade in Murano, Italy. It is then carefully packed in bubble wrap for added protection. If you would like it gift wrapped, please let me know in a note when ordering.

SHIPPING BY INTERNATIONAL REGISTERED AIRMAIL - PROVIDES TRACKING NUMBER (I ship from Italy or Greece). Registered mail is one of the most secure methods to post internationally and requires to be signed for. It can be tracked online in most countries including the USA but not in Canada or Australia. If you prefer to not sign for it, please send me a message and I will send it regular 1st class mail which does not provide a tracking number. If you do not receive your order within 30 days or are not at home to sign for the package, please call or visit your local post office with the tracking number to reschedule delivery or pick it up. If it has still not arrived, please contact me before 30 days in order for me to track it for you.

INTERNATIONAL: For international orders, please allow 21 days to receive your package from shipping date, but be advised that delivery times may vary because of customs delays. International buyers are responsible for TAXES, IMPORT TAXES, DUTIES, etc. that might occur upon arrival. Any International orders that have excessive overcharges for shipping will be refunded on shipping day.

COVID 19 - INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIME FRAMES - Due to COVID-19 Delivery times vary by destination AND may take longer than expected. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. For the moment most orders to the EU are punctual. For orders to the US there are delivery delays by the US post office due to the pandemic and the current elections.

CORRECT ADDRESS: It is very important your mailing address on your Etsy account is correct including zip code. I ship to this address unless you specify otherwise in your order. If incorrect in any way the package will fail to be delivered and I cannot be held responsible in this case. Please be so kind to not post a negative review when it is out of my hands by giving me an incorrect address. I always do my utmost to ship within 1-3 days. If you are buying a gift and you want the item shipped to another address please note this in your order.

CUSTOMS: Shipping internationally may cause your package to attract customs fees and shipping time may vary if stopped in customs. Fortunately for small packages by post, there is seldom any delay or customs fees. In the event this occurs in your country, customs fees/import duties will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your customs officials in you wish more information.

If a package is returned due to being unclaimed or failure to pay any customs fees, I will resend the item to the correct address, after payment of the shipping fee. No refunds will be made for the unclaimed/returned packages unless returns are made according to my return policies.

If you have not received your order by 30 days from your order date, you must contact me within this 30 day window and I will open a postal inquiry. I will offer you a store credit or refund if the package is returned to me in its original condition. I cannot offer a refund if I am not contacted within the first 30 days.

Packages will not be deemed lost or missing before 90 days in transit.
