5 out of 5 starsI love my 2 Suzani armchairs from Ali - they are beautifully made with excellent attention to detail. Even more sumptuous than the website photos. We had a major issue when Turkish customs irretrievably damaged one of the chairs, but Ali swiftly acted, and called me in Australia to alert me, and ask me to choose an alternative. Sadly the damaged chair was my favourite, but we agreed a suitable replacement and he shipped both chairs fast, and perfectly packed in wooden crates. The Australian quarantine fees and charges and UPS charges were eye watering, and in hindsight I wouldn't have ordered these chairs if I knew I was going to pay almost the same amount again in shipping and fees - but that doesn't detract from the seller, who was excellent from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

5 out of 5 starsThe chair is fabulous and we love it! Our only complaint is with the US Postal Service, which refused to deliver to us, requiring us to go and pick up the large package. The seller did everything he could to help, and was a pleasure to deal with.

5 out of 5 starsExceeded all of my expectations! The fabric is high quality, the design on the back has a lovely texture that was not apparent in photos, and the color is just as vibrant as pictured. Shipping internationally was a hassle, but the seller was helpful in explaining the process and answered all questions promptly and completely. I asked for a delayed delivery and was easily accommodated.
