In addition to premium high-quality embroidery materials, I also provide original embroidery patterns, embroidery kits, tote bags and embroidered wall art thoughtfully designed and handcrafted.

Returns & Exchanges
Please be advised that returns and exchanges are not accepted for Bohin embroidery needles, DMC thread, or embroidery kits due to safety and quality assurance standards. For all other items, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping Policies
- Shipping Rates & Times: Domestic and international shipping rates vary based on destination, weight, and shipping method. Estimated delivery times typically range from 3 to 5 business days for US domestic orders and 7 to 21 business days for international orders. Please note shipping times may vary during peak holiday seasons, international customs processing and local carrier delays.

- Tracking Information: Orders are shipped via USPS/Global Post, UPS or FedEx and will include tracking details. Delivery status may be affected by third-party postal services and customs inspections.

- Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices.

- Restrictions & Limitations: Certain products may be subject to restrictions or prohibitions in specific countries. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that items are permitted for import in their region.

- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
