Very happy with my "imperfect" scoby - looks great to me! Very well packaged, helpful instructions, the tongs are very helpful as well. I've already finished one batch and am working on my next one. Tastes great; better than store bought booch!

First words out of my mouth when I opened the box were, "Oh wow." The starter tea and scoby were in a sealed leakproof plastic bag, covered with foiled bubble wrap, packaged in quality box. A lovely card printed with detailed instructions and cute stickers were included. I spent some time admiring the whole thing because everything was so thoughtfully put together. The card lives on my kitchen cabinet door now 😃. I also like to mention that I received an FAQ from Jess through the etsy messages. Great information! Thank you!!!

I was concerned about my scoby freezing because it was being delivered to Minnesota, but Jess had it well packaged and it was just fine. Additionally, she followed up after delivery to check in.
