I didn’t start this shop as a “template creator.” I started it because I kept seeing the same problem over and over again.

I work in HR and hiring, and I’ve reviewed thousands of resumes, emails, and applications. And honestly? Most people aren’t bad candidates—they just aren’t presenting themselves in a way that actually gets noticed.

There’s a huge gap between what job seekers are told to do and what hiring teams are actually looking for.

So I started building tools I wish more candidates had access to; clear, straightforward, and based on real hiring experience. Not overly designed, not filled with fluff, and not pulled from generic AI outputs.
