Yes! At One Knight's Fancy, we follow the "One ring to rule them all" model, which means all of our garments are unisex.

It's perfectly acceptable to toss your new item in the wash as normal, but for best results on preserving your new printed garment, make these so, number one:
- turn the garment inside-out
- machine wash with cold water on gentle
- avoid using softener
- let air dry or tumble dry on low
- if ironing, use a cool iron inside-out, but not on the print

Don't worry! I can't carry it for you, but I can carry you!

First, make sure you are looking at the image with your prefered measuring system. There are two size chart images on every listing, one in centimeters and one in inches, and you can tell which is which by looking at the bottom of the image.

Next, measurements are taken with the garment laying flat, so it's recommended that you compare the measurements with a similar item you own to find the perfect fit. To do so, simply Fus Ro Dah that item flat, measure it from the top of the shoulder (highest point of the garment) to the bottom of the item for the length, and from arm-pit to arm-pit for the width.

And with that, bippity, boppity, boop, you have your size.

A lot of time and love goes into each of our hand-drawn designs and trying to accommodate every request just simply isn't possible. That being said, we're always open to new ideas and love hearing your suggestions!

When unpacking your new shirt or sweatshirt you might notice a vinegar-like smell or off-white residue. Don't worry, by Grabthar's Hammer we swear it's normal and results from a fixation agent which is applied during the printing process to help the ink bond with the fabric. Without it, the ink would flake off entirely.

The agent is non-toxic and vanishes after one wash, so no one will think you had pickles for second breakfast.

With great designs come great responsibility! To that end, we use Kornit Water-based and NeoPigment inks that are Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe to print on children's clothing and produce less environmental waste. These inks also provide a high washing colorfast AATCC rating of 4, which rates a material's fading resistance from 1 (high degree of fading) to 5 (no fading).

One does not simply ship to Mordor, and unfortunately due to orcish mischief, expedited shipping is currently unavailable.

However if you are in desperate need of an item by a specific date, please feel free to let us know, and while we cannot fully guarantee your item will arrive by the desired date if it is before the estimated delivery time, we will do our best to ship your item as quickly as possible to increase its chances.

To save on waste, each design is printed to order, meaning that unless something is wrong with the item (e.g. incorrect print, permanent stain, etc.) it cannot be exchanged. This is why it is highly recommended that our size chart is referenced before ordering.

Oh no! Losing a shipment is never fun but don't worry, I doubt someone stole your sweetroll!

First, check that the address provided was correct. Then, check with your local postal service to ensure that the item had been shipped to that address and that their confirmation isn't incorrect or premature.

Not all shipments that wander are lost, but if the postal service does confirm that the item disappeared during shipping, then let us know and we'll work to prioritize sending a replacement item to you.
