At Only Fresh Goods, I value your privacy as much as I value a fresh manicure. When you purchase a set of press-on nails from my shop, you trust me with your personal information. This policy outlines how I collect, use, and protect your data to ensure your experience is seamless and secure.

To fulfill your order, you provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), including:

Email address
Postal address
Payment information (processed securely by Etsy; I do not see your full credit card details)
The details of the product you’re ordering
Specific to Custom Nail Orders:
To create a set that fits you perfectly, I may also collect custom nail measurements (in millimeters) or specific size presets (XS, S, M, L) that you provide in the personalization box or via direct message.
3. Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It
I rely on several legal bases to collect, use, and share your information:
Order Fulfillment: To create your custom nails, package them, and ship them to you.
Client Sizing Files: I may keep your nail measurements on file under your name/order number. This allows for a "Fresh Fit" guarantee on future orders so you don't have to remeasure every time you shop with Only Fresh Goods.
Customer Support: To resolve any issues with delivery or sizing.
Legal Compliance: To retain information about your purchases for tax law purposes.
4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
I treat your personal data with respect. I share your personal information only for very limited reasons:
Etsy: I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy.
Delivery Services: I share your name and address with trusted delivery carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL) solely to deliver your order.
Compliance with Laws: I may share your information if I have a good-faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to respond to legal processes or government requests, or to investigate fraud.
I DO NOT sell your personal data or measurements to third parties.

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy.
Financial/Order Records: Generally kept for 4-7 years to comply with tax and legal obligations.
Sizing Data: I keep your custom measurements on file to facilitate easier repeat orders. If you would like me to delete your sizing data, please message me.

If you are purchasing from the European Union, please note that I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction.
