Custom and Personalized Orders
All items are made-to-order and customized for each customer. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an incorrect item has been sent or the item arrives damaged or defective. If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to us directly.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds or replacements are only granted if:
The wrong item was sent
The item is damaged or defective upon arrival
Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order.
Custom and personalized orders
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct and verified through USPS at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will reach out to you. The customer must pay for the additional postage to have the package re-shipped.
