4 out of 5 starsUnfortunately, points are deducted because of the waiting time. If someone gets sick, you can inform the customers that there will be a delay. Then everyone would understand the waiting times, but I don't think it's a good idea to not get in touch at all. The wallet is well made and I am happy with it.
