Returns and exchanges
The cost of the ware return is in charge to the customer.
We will pay back the product price minus the cost of the first delivery.
The item should be in the original status and it should not be used.
The payments have to be done within 48 hours from the order; otherwise it will be cancelled
The delivery time could vary from 7 to 15 working days for international shipments, one week for national ones.
For articles ready-to-send, the delivery is done within 1-2 working days from the payment. For the items in production, we need 10-15 working days.
If a ware assurance is needed, please let us know it via e-mail so we could calculate the referring costs.
We accept the withdrawal by hand by previous agreement via e-mail.
IMPORTANT: All the cost about taxes, customs duty, VAT and other additions regarding the ware import in the country, are in charge to the customer.
