Paolo Pedroni Art

Paolo Pedroni was born in Brescia in May 1983 and has nurtured his passion for art since he was a kid.
The very first approach to art were Graffiti, Writing and Street Art, his media were spray colors and the walls in the outskirts.
To educate his innate talent for drawing and passion for the arts, Paolo attended the Art School "Vincenzo Foppa " in Brescia.
Paolo competed and won first prize in a Scenic Design Contest for social theater in Brescia. Paolo later graduated at the European Institute of Design in 2005.
While working in the field of interior design, Paolo has never lost sight of the passion for drawing and painting, which led him to discover the "digital painting", by which he began to take its first steps into the world of Pop Surrealism and to show his works in Italian and International galleries.
In 2011 Paolo tooks part in his first collective exhibitions in Italy while in 2012 he began working at graphics and design of the three volumes that tell the story of Dorothy Circus Gallery.
Neither forgetting nor denying his digital art, in 2014 Paolo rediscovers oil painting.

Circulation of artworks:

Concerning the rules governing the control of the international movement of artworks the Cultural Heritage Code defines the goods whose definitive transfer abroad is forbidden. These are bound goods, namely subject to protection as a result of a formal decision and statement of a “particularly important” cultural interest, if privately owned; or as a positive outcome of a verification on cultural interest, if publicly owned.
On a precautionary and provisional basis, it was also established the ban on leaving the country on works of art belonging to public or non-profit private organizations, non-profit organizations, which are the work of a no-longer living author or the executed back more than fifty years ago, before the foregoing test is performed.
No longer living author (or more than fifty years backdated) privately owned artworks are subject, however, to ministerial authorization prior the final exit, if it is presumed the existence of a cultural interest which effectiveness has not been tested yet. So is the final leave of certain goods listed in art. 11, such as photographs and copies of films etc.
The final exit from the national territory of works of art and objects of art by living authors or whose execution does not go back more than fifty years is free. The exporter must provide to the appropriate office of export the evidence of the existence of such assumptions (card 65, paragraph 4).
Of all the cultural goods whose final exit is prohibited, a temporary release may be prompted, for the purposes exhaustively established by the legislation in force.
For this type of exit, the code introduces the obligation to hold a temporary movement certificate.
Consent to temporary exit is not obstacle to the adoption of protective measures that are deemed necessary, such as the Declaration of particularly important interest.
