4 out of 5 starsThe finished product turned out great; definitely not a pattern for amateurs. I’m relatively skilled with a sewing machine and found the instructions a little tough to follow. When I reached out to the seller for advice she was great and very responsive. I used the pattern for a Halloween costume (Prince Charming for my 2 year old) so I added extra bits of flare to match the cartoon - but the main coat is based on the pattern.

3 out of 5 starsBeautiful dress, very disappointing pattern, did not enjoy at all. No instructions for lining, armhole finishing or placket. What instructions were there for the placket were confusing (I have made several dresses with a placket, but the pattern pieces were wrong. I contacted the seller, she sent me a video. I would not recommend this pattern. If I ever use it again, I will use my own method!! However, I managed to salvage the dress, but it’s not got the neat finish I would like.

Dear Sandra, you say you have made several dresses before, and after sewing several dresses you still don´t know how to finish the armhole or to apply a placket? A seamstress should visualize how to sew a product, the moment she sees the pattern pieces. Don´t buy a pattern and expect the product to be sewn by itself just because you have read the sewing instructions. As I say in my shop description, I provide basic instructions. I have tried to help you and gave you a video to follow for placket sewing. I´m sorry but I am sick of people buying a basic pattern to sew and acting like they have to assemble an airplane. Maybe sewing is not for you.

4 out of 5 starsNot bad, but the pattern is a bit large, and there aren't many assembly notches.

1 out of 5 starsWhen I print it out on A4 and try to piece the pattern together, the lines don’t match up especially the curves. They’re totally off. It wastes so much time because I have to redraw and fix the curves myself.
Crina responded on Feb 27, 2026
Dear Rosa, if this happened is because you did not print it correctly, or you did not match the pieces correctly. To be honest you had to match two curves one armhole and the back neckline the rest of the curves undivided and the skirt is a rectangle. People say I am rude in my comments, but with all the kindness I have in me, I want to tell you that your comments are ridiculous. The fact that a person doesn't know how to list or sew is not the seller's fault.
