4 out of 5 starsMy bulldog Frankie loved his treat box! Thank you for the bully stick for his birthday as well! Love the exciting variety offered in this box and appreciate everything being sealed in individual bags. I took one star off - My only issue was that the package arrived damaged. The bully stick or a bag could’ve fallen out. I recommend to the seller to provide more stronger reliable packaging for future orders. Aside from that, my dog was happy with his delicious treats & it was shipped/delivered very quickly!

5 out of 5 starsThese were a great mental exercise addition to relieve my dogs boredom and anxiety. I got two different enrichment packages based on my dogs enrichment types. I also got the additional chew toys . They make great gifts.

Are returns accepted?
Due to the personalized nature of our gift sets, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or requests for alterations after delivery. We encourage you to communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. If an item arrives different from what is expected based on the listing description and photos, please contact us within 48 hours via Etsy messages so we can help resolve your concerns. We're unable to process returns/exchanges if a customer changes their mind on the gift set contents or design. We always do our best to accommodate your requests!
What is the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake?
We are not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen—all circumstances beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier, it's their responsibility to deliver the item. Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft, you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department. We will offer a refund or replacement only if there is an error on our part.
What if my item is returned to the sender after it's shipped?
If a customer's order is returned to us for any reason, the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.
