1 de 5 estrellasThe title of the item is misleading. Seller has had previous feedback regarding this and has not change it, so is consciously misleading people. Seller not helpful at all when contacted and falsely accused me of threatening her (I questioned her integrity based on previous feedback and advised I would be leaving a negative review). Seller needs to realise having children and studying to be a nurse does not excuse misleading people and making false accusations.

I am really hurt by this review when I did all I could have to help you. I made it very clear that the notebook was not included yet you still claimed I didn't and continued to threaten me. When I tried to make you see I am just a person, a mother, a student nurse and now you have put that information publicly out there, which I find very upsetting. I am not a big company who doesn't care, I am just a person, one person and I feel this is really unnecessary as I did everything I could for you and you know it too. You knew the notebook was not included and then tried to have your money back and a free product. I caught you out for scamming and now you're being malicious. Please don't leave false reviews because it is not fair.
