Privacy Policy
This privacy policy describes how and when I collect, use and share information when you purchase an item from me, when you contact me, or when you use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.
This privacy policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not control or control, including Etsy or third party services that you access through Etsy. For more information about Etsy's privacy practices, please see Etsy's Privacy Policy.

The information I collect

To complete your order, you must provide me with certain information (Etsy provided it to me with your permission), such as your name, email address, mailing address, payment details and details of the product you ordered. You may decide to provide me with additional personal information (e.g. to order a custom accessory) if you contact me directly.
Why I need your information and how I use it

I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use and share your information, including:
- are necessary to provide my services, such as when I use your information to complete your order, to resolve disputes or to provide customer service;
- when you have given your affirmative consent, which you can revoke at any time, for example by registering on my mailing list;
- if necessary to comply with legal obligations or a court order or in connection with a legal action, such as retaining information about your purchase if required by tax law; and
- if necessary for my legitimate interest, provided that your rights or interests do not prevail, for example 1) to provide and improve my services. I use your information to provide the services you have requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services; and 2) Compliance with the Seller's Regulations and Etsy's Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Seller's Regulations and Etsy's Terms of Use.

Sharing and Disclosure of Information

Information about my clients is important to my business. I will only share your personal information for limited reasons and circumstances, as follows:
- Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you with my services and to comply with my obligations under the Sellers' Regulations and Etsy's Terms of Use.
- Service Providers. I use trusted third parties to perform certain functions and to provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
- Business Transfers. If I should sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of such a transaction, but only to the extent permitted by law.
- Compliance with the law. I may collect, use, retain and share your information if, in good faith, I reasonably believe it is necessary to do so: (a) respond to legal proceedings or government requests; (b) enforce contracts, conditions and regulations; (c) prevent, investigate and combat fraud, and other illegal, security or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property and safety of my customers, or others.

Data Retention

I will only retain your personal information for the time necessary to provide you with my services, as indicated in my Privacy Policy. However, I may be required to retain such data in order to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce contracts. Generally, I keep your data for the following period of time: 4 years.
Transfers of personal information outside the EU

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the United States and other jurisdictions. Accordingly, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and governmental oversight laws from those in force in your jurisdiction. If I were to transfer your personal information outside the EU, I would rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud has Privacy Shield certification.
Your rights

If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have several rights to your personal information. While some of these rights are of general application, others only apply in specific cases. I describe these rights below:
- Access. You have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact details below.
- Modification, restriction, deletion In addition, you have the right to modify your personal information, to restrict the use of your personal information or to delete your personal information. Except in exceptional circumstances (such as where I am required to retain data for legal purposes), I generally delete personal information on request.
- Objection. You may object to (i) the processing by me of certain of your information on the basis of my legitimate interest and (ii) the receipt of marketing messages from me after you have provided your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless there are compelling legitimate reasons for me to continue to use such information or where it is necessary for legal reasons.
- Complaint. If you are an EU resident and wish to raise a concern about the use of your information (and without prejudice to any rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

PROBLEMS WITH SHIPPING

-Ir undelivered item due to absent recipient

If an item cannot be delivered because the recipient is absent or because the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, we cannot accept any responsibility for this. When the parcel is returned to the sender, we will only issue a refund for the cost of the item and the return postage will be deducted.

- Tampered parcel or envelope

If you receive your parcel or envelope that has obviously been tampered with, please refuse the parcel/envelope, stating this reason and photographing it. We do not accept any responsibility for this condition and its possible consequences (missing or different content to that ordered) which are obviously due to postal service errors (we keep a receipt for each shipment).

- Order not received

Please contact us if your order is not received within 30 days after it has been sent (due to the covid 19 health emergency, packages may be delayed further). We will check together with the tracking number you have provided where the parcel/envelope is and why it has not been delivered. Only if the package is lost will we proceed with a full refund.
