星 5 個のうち 4 個Alles schön. Nur hätte mir eine Beschreibung oder Erklärung bei einigen Übungen durchaus geholfen. Good product for a funny way to get into fitness again. However, I would have appreciated a small instruction for the excercises to feel safe with those workouts.
