I asked Cinzia for a custom drawing for a birthday present. She was extremely helpful and thorough in laying out her working process and was very responsive in her interactions. The final work is really something special. From the deft artistic touches to the attention of the smallest details, the requested design is of very high quality. I received beautiful physical version on heavyweight paper and a very high resolution digital image as well. My expectations were not only met but thoroughly surpassed. Highly recommended.
