Frequently asked questions
Can I have a refund if the item is damaged in the transit?
While it's rare that this will happen, it can. In such a circumstance, our stated policy is to replace the item free of charge regardless of the circumstance.
What if the tracking shows the item has been delivered but I haven't received it?
While very rare, in such a case, we will carry out various measures to determine the whereabouts of the item. If the item cannot be discovered, the print can be reordered again with a substantial discount applied. Unfortunately, we don't repost orders when the tracking clearly states delivery has taken place.
Are the delivery dates guaranteed?
The delivery dates are estimates and while they are usually honoured, on rare occasions some items can be delayed. This will not be considered a valid reason for return. and we will do everything possible to help should your item be delayed :)
What is the process if the item is returned back to sender?
Once the package has been returned back to us, we will always repost the order at a cost of 1 unit of postage, depending on your delivery location. We cannot refund the order because we do not reuse the prints (otherwise we would). The reason for this is that once they're removed from the tube and repackaged, the prints are no longer pristine and not acceptable to be sent out again.
