Every PowerFlow controller we sell now starts with new controller hardware—not rebuilt or refurbished. Selected builds use new original Nintendo controller hardware; others use clearly labeled new PowerFlow-compatible hardware. Features such as vibration feel, NFC/Amiibo support, optical mouse functionality, and other model-specific functions can differ. Each listing identifies the hardware platform and included features before purchase.

TMR joystick modules use magnetic sensing designed to reduce the contact wear associated with traditional sticks. Drift-resistant does not mean immune to accidental damage, calibration issues, software dead-zone settings, or failure in unrelated parts. Eligible Etsy controllers include the one-year limited warranty stated in the listing.

Each completed build receives a model-appropriate function, fit, and finish check. We check stick centering and full range, unintended input, buttons and triggers, pairing, charging, rails, vibration, and applicable model-specific features. Switch 2 builds also receive a handheld fit and attachment check.

Most made-to-order builds are targeted to ship within 5–10 business days after payment and any required design details are confirmed. Carrier transit time is separate. If an order has not shipped, we aim to send updates around business day 3 and day 5, then at least every 5 business days until shipment.

Mail-in work may be available depending on the model, parts, and current service capacity. Send us an Etsy Message with the model, requested work, and photos if helpful. Do not ship anything until we confirm the job and provide written instructions.

Eligible Etsy controller purchases include a 1-year limited warranty from delivery for defects in PowerFlow-installed parts or workmanship under normal personal use, subject to the listing terms. Registration is optional and is not required; the Etsy order record or other reasonable proof of purchase is used to verify eligibility. Accidental or liquid damage, abuse, normal cosmetic wear, batteries, buyer-supplied parts, software or game settings, and damage caused by outside work are excluded. Outside work does not automatically void coverage; only a related failure or damage may be denied. Contact us through Etsy Messages before shipping.

Eligible PowerFlow-built controllers may qualify for at-cost repair while compatible parts and service capacity remain available. You pay shipping and the approved cost of required parts; eligible repair labor is waived. No paid work begins until you approve the estimate.

A custom order may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase or before work begins, whichever comes first. Once custom work begins, custom and personalized items are final sale except for a covered defect, shipping damage, an order error, marketplace protections, or rights provided by law. Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
