Is this digital artwork or a physical product?

These are digital artwork files, not physical products. No print, frame or television is shipped. Ready-made Frame TV singles include a JPG and a Quick Start Guide. Frame TV bundles include a download portal PDF and a setup guide; the portal opens the artwork ZIP. Printable wall-art listings have their own sizes and download instructions. Please read the individual listing for its exact contents. Room images show how the artwork could look in your home.

Where do I download my Etsy purchase?

Open Etsy.com in Safari, Chrome or another web browser, sign in to the account used to buy, and go to Purchases (sometimes shown as Purchases and reviews). Find your order and choose Download Files. The Etsy shopping app cannot currently download digital purchases. For a guest purchase, use the download link in your Etsy receipt email. Ready-made downloads become available after payment is confirmed; custom artwork is supplied after it is completed. If you cannot find your files, send me an Etsy message. - Tony

My bundle download is a PDF. Where are the images?

Open the Bundle Download Portal PDF and select its ZIP download button. Save the ZIP, then unzip or extract it using your computer or your phone's Files/My Files app. Open the extracted folder to find the JPG artwork files. They do not automatically appear in your photo library. The included bundle guide explains the steps for iPhone/iPad, Android, Mac and Windows, plus adding the artwork to your TV. If you get stuck, tell me your device and the step you reached in an Etsy message. I'm here to help. - Tony

Will the artwork fit my TV?

Our Frame TV artwork is supplied as 3840 x 2160-pixel JPGs in a 16:9 landscape ratio. It is intended for Samsung The Frame's Art Mode. Follow the included guide and your TV's instructions to add it; available SmartThings and USB options can vary by model. For another brand or model, check that it can display your own JPGs before purchasing. Screen settings, brightness and room lighting affect how the colours appear. If you are unsure, message me with your TV model before ordering.

Do bundles contain artwork also sold individually?

Some bundles are curated sets of existing Pride & Pixel artworks, and smaller sets can overlap with larger collections. Please compare each bundle's contents image and description with artwork you already own before buying. The new three-piece Vintage Football and five-piece Autumn Woodland sets contain existing artworks, not exclusive new versions. If you send me the listing links you are considering, I can help you avoid buying the same artwork twice. - Tony

Can you create something personalised for my space?

Yes - visit the Custom Frame TV Artwork section and send me an Etsy message before ordering. Tell me your idea, preferred colours or style, TV model and any deadline. For lettering, include the exact spelling you want. We can check which custom listing suits your request and confirm the brief and timing before you buy.
