Will I receive a physical item?
No. Everything in our shop is a digital PDF download, so nothing is shipped to you. You print the pages at home or at a print shop, or use them on a tablet.
How do I download my files?
Once your payment is confirmed, Etsy emails you a download link. You can also find your files any time under You > Purchases and Reviews on Etsy.com, and download them again whenever you need a fresh copy. Downloading is easiest on a computer or in a web browser. Bundles come as ZIP files: unzip them first (on an iPhone or iPad, tap the ZIP in the Files app).
Sizing details
Every product comes in three paper sizes: US Letter (8.5 x 11 in), A4 and A5. In the US and Canada, choose US Letter. A4 is the standard in most other countries. A5 is a half-size page for smaller binders and planners. Print at 100% or "Actual size" so nothing gets cut off.
Can I type into the files on my computer or tablet?
Listings that say "Fillable PDF" have type-in fields: open the file in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader app on your computer, iPad or phone, type, and save. Listings that say "Hyperlinked" have clickable tabs and work in note-taking apps like GoodNotes and Notability. All other files are made for printing, though you can also write on them in a note-taking app.
Can I print more than one copy?
Yes. You can print as many copies as you need for yourself and your household, and download the files again any time from your Purchases page.
Can I share or resell the files?
Please don't share, upload or resell our files. Most products are for personal use in your own home. Some, like our senior activities, puzzles and kids' learning pages, can also be printed for your own classroom or care facility (one location per purchase); when that applies, it says so in the listing.
What if a file doesn't work?
Because these are digital files, we can't accept returns or exchanges. But if a file won't open, prints incorrectly or isn't what the listing described, send us a message through Etsy and we'll fix it or make it right.
Custom and personalized orders
We don't offer custom or personalized edits at the moment. If there's a planner, tracker or guide you wish we had, send us a message. We read every idea.
Do you use AI to make your products?
Yes, and we're open about it. AI tools help us draft text and create some illustrations. Every page is then edited, laid out and checked by us before it reaches the shop.
