From Disassembled Computers to 3D Printing Dreams: Welcome to Printlab 3D!
Hello there! I’m Matt, the proud owner of Printlab 3D, where my passion for 3D printing meets my lifelong curiosity. As a kid, I wasn’t exactly the “creative genius” you’d imagine. Instead, I was the kid who took apart anything I could find—yes, including our family computer. My mum wasn’t too pleased about that, but don’t worry, I always managed to put it back together and make it work. I like to think of it as my early training for the world of 3D printing!
Fast forward to today, and my love for all things tech has evolved into running my own 3D print farm. I’m thrilled to say that I’ve had the chance to create some pretty impressive projects—full-scale cosplay prints for characters from Lord of the Rings, Final Fantasy, and Fortnite. And, believe it or not, some of my work has even been showcased in museums around the world! Who knew my childhood habit of disassembling computers would lead to this?
