ProjectSLO

As a kid I loved to doodle. I would draw all the characters from the Japanese anime shows I spent countless hours watching, such as “Dragonball Z” and “SlamDunk”. As I got older, it evolved to drawing sports logos, I even designed some from scratch for friends’ rec league teams. After college, this hobby was put on the backburner by my pursuit of an “adult career” of being a programmer.

In 2020, tired of living in large cities, my wife and I moved to a town on the California central coast called San Luis Obispo. We were drawn to SLO because there is a special energy here that’s almost like what one would find in a silicon valley startup. SLO might be small but it’s filled with lots of creative and skilled people in all sorts of different crafts. SLO brought out the creative child in me that had always been there and I was inspired and itching to design again. ProjectSLO is that outlet.
