Dear Terence, we always appreciate our customers' feedbacks, whatever they be, since they can help us to improve our service. In your specific case, as we tried to explain, the parcel was shipped on time, and the delay is due, not only as "we say", but as you can see if tracking the shipment, to customs' delay in clearing through. We check with Fedex the status everyday, but cannot do anything else. Customs' time is something out of our responsabilty and we really hope the problem can be solved soon.
