PROCESS TIME
STANDARD PROCESS TIME

ABOUT CUSTOM ORDERS
If you need proof, the processing time is the time between your proof confirmation and the shipping day. We will send you the digital preview in 1-2 business days and we will start to work on your order as soon as we have your confirmation. The process time depends on your confirmation day.
If we don't receive your confirmation in 10 days we will proceed to produce the stamp according to our suggestions and send you your stamp to not delay other orders and close your purchase.
STANDARD SHIPPING: NO TRACKING NUMBER AVAILABLE

The STANDARD SHIPPING does not provide you a tracking number to offer you the cheaper shipping cost. You WILL NOT HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER and you can't track your order and the order will be delivered on your mailbox.
If you choose this method you are agreeing not to make any claim for any loss or delay. We can't claim to our shipping courier either. We are not responsible for lost packages sent via this option. This doesn't mean that your order will not arrive, this is just some important information you need to know.

TRACKING INFORMATION
In some countries, once the package enters, the tracking number passes to the national postal company and they change the number, therefore the exact situation of the package is lost.
If in a month you have not received your package send us a conversation and we will make a claim to our courier. They will contact the destination country but the resolution may take up to 2 months. We don't refund the money in any case until we know the result of this resolution, as we need confirmation that the package has been lost to make the refund.
If you need your order as soon as possible we recommend you the TRACKING shipping, or the EXPRESS DELIVERY shipping.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. We aren't responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping addresses. We ship to your ETSY shipping address and refunds for your order cannot be made due to this.

COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATES
Due to the COVID-19 issue, we can't assure the shipping times 100%. It depends on courier saturation and even more these days due to de the global situation. Couriers and customs are saturated and the delivery time depends on the destination country situation.
We keep doing our best, to be faster as possible, during the production time, to ship shortly your purchase.
