Tested in my workshop, ready for yours
Mi chiamo Reza, sono un ingegnere e maker che vive a Bergen, in Norvegia. Ho sempre amato progettare e costruire cose, e ultimamente passo la maggior parte delle mie serate e dei fine settimana al mio router CNC e alla mia stampante 3D.
ReadyToMake è nato da una scacchiera. Tagliarla su entrambi i lati con una macchina CNC ha richiesto molti test per ottenere il risultato desiderato: l'impostazione, le linguette, l'allineamento dei tasselli, l'avanzamento e la finitura. Una volta che ha funzionato, mi sono reso conto che il metodo era altrettanto prezioso quanto i file, quindi ho deciso di metterlo per iscritto.
Questa è l'idea alla base di questo negozio. Ogni progetto viene prima realizzato e testato personalmente sul mio computer e viene fornito con i file e una chiara guida passo passo, così che tu possa dedicare il tuo tempo a creare invece di perdere tempo a capire come fare.

I’m Reza, an engineer and maker based in Bergen, Norway. I’ve always enjoyed designing and building things, and these days most of my evenings and weekends are spent at my CNC router and 3D printer.
ReadyToMake started with a chess set. Cutting it two-sided on a CNC took a lot of testing to get right: the setup, the tabs, the dowel alignment, the feeds and the finishing. Once it worked, I realised that the method was just as valuable as the files, so I wrote it all down.
That’s the idea behind this shop. Every design is made and tested on my own machine first, and comes with the files and a clear step-by-step guide, so you can spend your time making instead of figuring things out.
