I am very sorry, there wasn't suppose to be any orders coming thru as I had attempted to put my shop on vacation mode to prevent receiving orders. I was unaware of any of the orders in my inbox. I am terribly sorry, I thought that I had hit the "saved" tab on my shop to suspend any orders... I have a very sick 8 year old and I've not been near my computer (hospital)....if you have messaged me, I am sorry that I haven't responded....I logged in today and I have over 4k messages....again, I am very sorry...I have declined and refunded all orders that was in my inbox. I know that doesn't take away from your disappointment, but again, I am terribly sorry.

星 5 個のうち 1 個This seller is a scam artist. Do not order from this seller! When I placed my order on January 12th, I was told I would receive it in time for my son's first birthday photos and birthday party (his photos were scheduled for February 10th). After placing my order, I noticed that the "ship date" was February 9th. (Obviously an order shipped on the 9th would not reach me the same day.) I also added a note to my order asking the seller to contact me regarding the embroidery font and received no response. It is now February 15th. My order was never shipped. I had to pay a friend to make another outfit for us. I have messaged the seller repeatedly and asked for a refund and have gotten no response. I wish I would have read more reviews. She has a habit of closing up shop and not fulfilling orders. Please don't order from this scammer.

星 5 個のうち 3 個I have ordered numerous times from this shop and extremely pleased but this last order hasn't been as good of service as all the others. One of the bows I ordered had the clip missing so I messaged her twice now to try to get it fixed with no response.

I do sympathize with her and I am very sorry for her loss, but I had to spend extra to order from another shop with expedited service and I still have not received my refund.

星 5 個のうち 1 個I ordered this the very beginning of February. Turn around was 3 to 4 weeks. I gave her 6 weeks before I needed it on 12 march. Her information says not to send a bunch of messages looking for status updates, and she also says she will not send out updates because she's so busy with orders. So I took it on faith that everything was running smoothly. 2 days before my "need by date" I hadn't recieved my order, or a message, or anything so I went to her page to send her a message to find that she was not taking orders or finishing orders as of 14 feb. I'm sorry for her loss and personal/family issues but it is very unprofessional that I had to stumble apon this to find out I wasn't getting my order! She should have sent out messages! Now I have 5 days before my baby's birthday to come up with a new outfit. Still no refund either!!!

星 5 個のうち 1 個I contacted seller prior to order about my need by date, which was late Feb, and was assured I would have my order by the date I needed it. I placed my order the same day but have never received my order or a refund. I have tried contacting the seller several times and only get an automated response about her father's death. While I sympathize with her situation, it would have been nice to receive a notification about my order so I had time to make other arrangements for my son's smash cake photos. I am now disputing my purchase through PayPal bc I've still not received a refund.
