Excellent simple design that does what it needs to without any extra frills. Comfortable seat that lets the hips move a bit on the single leg which I love during longer sessions. As described it also packs perfectly in a standard carry-on suitcase! This is a great option for anyone looking for an unobtrusive, simple, and elegant meditation bench.

All surfaces sanded to an immaculate glassy-smooth finish. Upright board intelligently designed with a flare so it contacts the ground with confident stability in use. Surprisingly stable laterally and no slip even on hardwood floor.

I received this as a gift and at first was perplexed by the shape! It turns out that it has brought a new alertness to my morning meditation experience which I appreciate. I have bought maybe a dozen meditation benches from Etsy and they were all different. Some were over-engineered and one (the most expensive) was very under-engineered. This bench by Jack is my new favourite! It is extremely light (I wanted it for travel), it is made with beautiful wood and (most importantly) it is very comfortable. I look forward to using it in the years ahead! OM

This stool has been the perfect addition to my daily meditation practice. I wasn't sure how comfortable it would be, but it feels great! I'm able to sit on it for +30 minute sessions with no problem. It looks great sitting out and I've already got a lot of questions about it and guests wanting to try it.
