● If you are using the 𝐄𝐭𝐬𝐲 𝐚𝐩𝐩 on an iPhone, the "download files" option will appear as a grey arrow to the right of the order.

● If you are checking out as a 𝐠𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭, the link to the download will be on the receipt that is emailed to you. (the email may be filtered into the "Social and Promotions"/"Spam"/"Junk" inboxes.
