Super cute shirt! True to size! High quality!

Quality of item was fine, but misprinted. Contacted seller on 12/26 notifying of misprint and seller said a replacement would be sent asap. 1/14 still had not received new item, inquired with seller and got an automated response. 6 weeks later still haven’t received replacement so I filed a “need help” request and seller now is asking for me to send back original before getting a new one with correct wording. Item has since been washed because seller never asked for the misprinted one to be returned and is now refusing to replace. If seller had asked for item to be returned on 12/28 when she responded to my original message, I would have gladly returned unwashed item. Seller told me she would replace and basically forgot to make a new one and only after I contacted seller 3 times, it’s now my fault. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The sweatshirt was great quality, however, I received “Grandma” instead of “Grammy” like I had ordered.

Bought this as a gift and my Mom loved it!

Print quality was good. Sweatshirt was very skinny in the torso with very long arms and shrunk at least one size. For the price it should have been printed on a better quality sweatshirt from a more reputable brand.

My wife likes the shirt!
