SelfNotesLab

We sell digital files and made-to-order digital design; no physical item is shipped. Instant-download files are available from your Etsy purchases after payment is confirmed. Made-to-order files are created from your brief and delivered after the work is completed. Check the listing for its type, scope and timing. Use a web browser to download files and extract any ZIP archive.

Check the listing. Printable PDFs need a PDF reader; fillable PDFs need AcroForm support. XLSX, DOCX and PPTX files need compatible office software; our stated checks use LibreOffice. HTML/CSS/JS templates need a browser and basic code editing. SVG assets need a compatible vector editor for changes. A linked PDF planner needs a reader that supports links and, for writing, annotation tools. No software subscription is included.

Editability varies by product. Fillable PDFs provide writing fields but fixed layouts. DOCX and PPTX provide editable source documents. Website templates include code. SVG graphics can be edited in a compatible vector app; PNG artwork is fixed. Check the listing and included guide, keep a backup, and inspect the result after editing. Files are in English unless stated otherwise.

Read the license for your specific product. Many templates allow personal or one-business use. Website templates cover one website for yourself or one client. Some graphic packs allow finished commercial designs or physical end products; botanical art prints have a display-only license. Blank-template or source-asset resale and redistribution are not included. Custom orders use the rights and scope stated in their listing.

Bundles contain the same component products offered separately, grouped at a bundle price. Check the included-product list to avoid buying duplicates. Each component has its own files and instructions. Planning tools are separate and do not synchronize automatically; art sets contain the same artworks sold individually.

Message SelfNotesLab through Etsy with the file name, the app you use and a description of the issue. Avoid sending passwords or sensitive customer or financial information. File support explains the supplied product. Personalized editing is offered separately through our made-to-order listings and is not included with an instant download.

Each botanical artwork includes its original 1122 x 1402 pixel PNG, a 4x5-inch art PDF and a 5x7-inch PDF with a white border. The artwork stays 4x5 inches inside the bordered page, at about 280 pixels per inch. These are small prints; larger high-resolution formats are not included. Print at 100% actual size and check your printer margins. Digital files only: no physical print or frame. AI-assisted artwork, for personal or own-business display; no print or merchandise resale.

Read the scope, revision allowance, required materials and target timing in the listing. Send the brief and permitted photos, text or brand assets through Etsy messages after purchase. We confirm the scope, prepare the design, apply the included revision round(s), and deliver digital files through Etsy. If your request falls outside the stated scope, contact us before ordering. Printing, physical delivery and extra work are not included unless explicitly stated.
