My beauty just arrived, and it was hard getting it off the delivery truck. However, the way it was packaged left me NO worries! We reviewed and approved before the shipment. The only challenge was hanging it - apparently the cord on the back is tight, so we'll work on getting it mounted properly! I highly recommend it for a statement piece.

IS THE PAINTING SHIPPED WITH A FRAME?
Frames are not included in painting price.
Artworks are painted on the edges and are provided with hardware for hanging on the back (hooks and rope).
If you are interested in frames, please have a look to dedicated section on my Etsy shop where you can choose color and size and the painting will arrive framed.
IS THE PAINTING SHIPPED READY TO HANG, STRETCHED ON BARS ?
Yes. You will get the painting with hardware for hanging on the back (hooks and rope) and you can hang it right away (ready to hang).
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
The pictorial layers are very resistant to light and the painting is protected by a transparent varnish that will keep it intact over time.
For cleaning, gently wipe the surface with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
It is normal for the canvas to lose its natural tension over time. This is due to the humidity of the air and the temperature changes. To restore it to its original tension state, gently tap the wooden wedges on the back.
Do not hang your canvas painting outside, in areas of high humidity, or too close to heat source.
Do not place anything on top of the canvas or lay your canvas with the front facing down.
It is best to protect the works on paper with glass or plexiglass.
PACKAGING
The paintings are packed with various layers of cardboard, bubble wrap and polystyrene.
Paper works are shipped in flat or rolled cardboard, depending on the size and weight of the paper.
CUSTOM ORDER
The artwork is created for you and you can customize the color or ask me to make changes you desire.
I will be happy to make custom orders if in line with my inspiration.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is free to most countries. However a charge may be required for some states, (Australia, China, Congo, Japan, New Zealand, Russia, South Africa) due to the high costs of delivery. Please check the shipping cost specified on Etsy listing page by entering the delivery country.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
I gladly accept returns and cancellations. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
I would like to let you know that before shipping the artwork, I'll send you some pictures and a video of the painting for approval before shipping.
DELIVERY TIMES
I do my best to respect shipping times showed on Etsy.
I do worldwide delivery and ship all paintings via fast DHL Express. Delivery usually takes about 1-2 business days for Europe and 3-5 business days for the other countries.
Please note that I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
All paintings are packed carefully in a strong cardboard box, shipped with DHL.
A tracking number will be sent to you.
INSURANCE
All my paintings are fully insured.
Insurance:
Artwork lost in shipping:
-Painting is lost before it arrives to your address, you will get a full refund.
-Painting is lost after it delivered to your address, insurance do NOT cover it. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Damage:
-Painting is damaged: You will have a full refund.
-Frame is damaged: You will have a refund of the cost of the frame.
Please check your package carefully when you received it, make sure it's in perfect condition. If there is any damage, please take whole and detail pictures before open the packaging and contact me within 24 hours, the information you provided is essential for claiming insurance.
