Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.

I try to ship everything out as quickly as I can.
Items are shipped within 2-3 days after purchase, excluding weekends and Holidays.
If item is purchased on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your item will be shipped out on the following Monday/Tuesday .
I will send you an email with tracking Code when I have shipped out your item.
Shipping will gladly be combined for multiple purchases .

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
I'm not responsible for delays due to customs .
Skomoroki is NOT responsible for lost packages .

Japan: 10-20 business days
Spain: 2 weeks
United Kingdom: 7-15 business days
United States: 12-60 business days
Europe: 7-15 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 20-60 business days
Asia Pacific: 20-60 business days
- Everywhere Else: up to 1-4 weeks.

Delivery times are approximate and I can not guarantee 100% delivery time, especially before the holidays (such as Christmas and Ester) .


In most cases the packages travel quickly and smoothly, but delays can rarely occur due to customs sorting . This is beyond my direct control and I cannot take responsibility for this type of postal misunderstanding .
International packages are tracked until the package's departure from Italy. Once a package has left Italy the package is no longer tracked until it once again arrives in the country in which is was sent.

Since April 2020 Shipping is taking longer than normal, due to the World Health Crisis (COVID) affecting access to air shipping, backups in Customs, slower postal service (higher volumes of mail, less staff, more time spent on health and safety procedures). I Ask you patience at this time.

Computer monitors differ and color cannot always be judged by your monitor. If you need specific description of a color let us know and we will do our best!

We provide measurements so you can know the exact size of an item. For handbags, in order to visualize proportions, we recommend marking the measurement on paper and adding a string for the drop. Then use this paper to view size and fit in a mirror.

Please use measurements rather than stated sizes to determine fit. Know your measurements and evaluate fit allowing room for your body. Measurements provided are of the item, not you, so leave some wiggle room, unless otherwise stated in the listing. Measurements are taken flat so double when appropriate.



REDUSE, REUSE & RECYCLE.

We reuse boxes and and materials whenever possible, doing our part to prevent a build up of waste. If you would like a new box, please specify.
