We use the UK and US size guide for rings. All other measurements are in millimetres

We are happy to consider custom orders. We advise a standard timescale of 1 calendar month for completion, not including shipping time frame. An agreed deposit must be paid before work can start on item(s) to cover materials cost.

Whilst all jewellery is given a final polish, with anti tarnish, Jewellery will dull over time. Not to worry- here are some useful tips to look after your trinkets...

After care tips;

1)Do not wear in the shower
2)Keep dry
3)Do not spray perfume directly onto jewellery
4)Avoid using strong chemicals whilst wearing.
5) Do not leave near non-precious metals.

All orders are sent out in handmade, recycled cardboard boxes. Outer packaging is usually a padded envelope. Gift wrapping can be done at an additional cost.

We are a small, two person enterprise and our personal mission isn't to go wholesale.Although we would consider one-off custom orders.

We accept faulty items within 30 days of purchase and delivery. If we conclude that the item is faulty, we will offer an exchange or a replacement.

Post and packaging costs for returned items or exchanges will not be refunded and are the customers responsibility and cost to bare.

We use Royal Mail for all orders sent within the UK, EU and Internationally, on either a signed for or tracked and signed for delivery service (2nd class for UK orders) as a standard. We feel this is the best way to ensure your order gets to you.

We use Royal Mail as our main delivery provider and they have sizing regulations on what items are classed under which type of package it is. We must also consider and apply this to the shape and size of certain items we make, including how best to package these orders to ensure they are received in good condition.

For example, If the parcel is over 2.5 cm in thickness and under the other size and weight parameters, then this would be sent on a small parcel service as suppose to a large letter service.
