Come è iniziato? Semplice
How it started? Simple
Ho sempre fatto qualcosa con filati, fili e fiebar. Mia nonna mi ha mostrato come lavorare all'uncinetto e la nonna mi ha mostrato come lavorare a maglia. Dopo alcuni anni, nel 2004, sono andato alla Scuola Artistica di Artigianato a Kielce e tutto è iniziato... Lì ho imparato a realizzare arazzi, vestiti e kilim tradizionali.
Ora gestisco la mia attività con arazzi moderni, laboratori e vendo i miei strumenti professionali. Nel 20222 ho imparato a spinning quindi ho anche il mio strumento Niddy Noddy che mi aiuta ogni giorno.
Onestamente, ho i miei strumenti perché ne avevo bisogno per me stesso. Li ho progettati in formato digitale e poi li ho perfezionati utilizzando le versioni di prova. Li sto testando da un po' per renderli utili per l'uso quotidiano.
I need to be honest - I have my own tools only becouse I need them for my own work :)
I designed them in digital form and then refined them using the trial verisons. I've been testing them for a while to make them useful for everyday use.
But my story is a little bit longer...
I've been always doing something with yarns, threads and fiber. My grandma showed me how to chrotchet and grandgrandma how to knit. After few years, in 2004 I went do Artistic School of Craft in Kielce and it started... I've been learning there how to make tapetry, clothes and traditional kilims.
Well, you can check them in my store :) Few of my kilims were designed by Jakub Zasada - polish poster designer.
Now I run my own buissnes with modern tapestry, workshops and I sell my own, proffesional tools. In 2022 I've learnt spinning technics so I also have my own threads and niddy noddy tool that helps me every day.
