All the items for sale are handmade in my workshop located in the historic center of Lucca.
Each order is shipped with gift wrapping and including a warranty certificate.
In my city I am a teacher in goldsmithing and costume jewelry courses.

In the objects made in your laboratory is there Nickel or another element that can give allergies?
No, in the objects created personally in our laboratory there are only pure gold, pure silver, bronze, copper and nickel-free alloys.In some predisposed subjects can cause allergy the copper present in silver objects (very rarely in those in gold), in case of doubt it is advisable to consult your doctor before placing the order.
Customized and tailor-made orders
Personalized or custom-made items do not fall under the legislation on the right of withdrawal so they can not be returned or exchanged for other products.Of course our laboratory will be at your disposal to try to solve any problem encountered.
Packaging and gift box
Items are placed in a rigid box or sachet to protect them during shipping.They are also always accompanied by a bag and a package closure sticker in order to be packaged as a gift upon receipt.The packaging model may vary depending on availability at the time.The outer casing consists of a rigid cardboard box or padded envelopes designed specifically for shipments and sealed in such a way that they cannot be opened without visible and verifiable tampering at the time of delivery.
Can I request a quote to have a jewel made from my idea or design?
Certainly!Being a goldsmith workshop we can make personalized jewelry in both gold and silver and in some special cases in brass or bronze.You can use the "Request custom order" button that you find on the main page of my store.Please avoid sending us generic requests such as "I would like to have a quote for a gold women's ring with diamond" as it is impossible to give an answer without the necessary details such as the measurements of the object and size of the stone.The realization of the quote is not immediate, the response time varies according to our work commitments so please be patient and do not send multiple requests.
