Small-batch and custom-designed soap and goods made with love in Southwest Michigan.
Our story: Strange Magic Creations (previously known as Aylamethyst Soaps) started out as a fun and inexpensive way to make holidays gifts for friends and family in 2011. After receiving increasingly good reviews about our soap and many inquiries about ordering in bulk, we decided in Fall 2014 to take the leap and make our soaps available for purchase! Since then, we have expanded in to several local retail locations and a bustling online shop! We also expanded our line of goods to include prints, books, art, and whatever else we feel inspired to create in 2023.
What we do: we are excited and pleased to be able to design custom lines of soap for baby showers, weddings, parties, retail outlets, bed & breakfasts, and more. As well as being able to design your dream soap, we offer a variety of fun and unique soaps in our shop, taking our inspiration from nature, magic, and whatever's trendy! Our soaps are made to order and small batch. The nature of our soap making does include some variety between batches but we strive for consistency and high quality standards at all times. We also welcome art commissions for digital art, pottery, and more. Message us for details!
Our goods are handmade in a home that also houses cats and dogs. While we take every precaution to make sure pet dander does not come in contact with our product, please be aware if you are highly allergic to cats or dogs. Please feel free to message us if you have any questions.
Please be aware that once a package is shipped, we lose all control over what happens to it at that point. We are not responsible for shipping delays or for missing packages, and do not offer refunds or replacement products in these instances. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will ship it a second time when a second shipment payment is received. Please message us if you have any questions!
