The rug I received was honestly better than I expected. The quality feels premium, the craftsmanship is beautiful, and the rug looks even more impressive in person. It was absolutely worth my purchase. So if you’re thinking about ordering but are worried after seeing a few negative reviews, I’d say don’t judge the entire shop by a handful of reviews. 1 na 5 gwiazdekThis purchase was the worst experience I have ever had with an Etsy vendor. The 3’x4’ rug I ordered has an ivory background. It arrived with a very noticeable stain on it. I agreed with the seller to use 2 different cleaning products to remove the stain. Both were complete failures. The seller agreed to refund my money, which I thought was appropriate. But he doesn’t have the money in his Etsy account to refund my purchase until he sells something else, which apparently hasn’t happened for a month. The final straw was receiving an invoice from FedEx today for $18.20 related to the importation of the rug. This whole fiasco has cost me $177.30 and all I have to show for it is a rug with a stain. I would NEVER buy anything from this seller again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. Buyer beware.
